[/quote] Individual dual agency is illegal in Maryland, but what should be called “dual brokerage” is allowed with the agreement of all parties. Otherwise if OP didn’t agree and listed with an agent with a giant shop like Long & Foster, no buyers with Long & Foster could make an offer on her house. The team disclosure/ agreement is another layer on top of that. [/quote]
