[/quote] The winter closings are more about public transportation, sidewalks being cleared or it being too cold for kids to walk. But they would rather have kids in school being warm, safe, having meals. Every school has (pre covid anyway) and emergency plan of where they will go if something happens to the school and they can't use all or part of the building. Ask your school for their emergency plans[/quote]
