If you’re worried about every little thing going wrong in the pregnancy, it’s actually not going to go away upon the baby’s arrival. It will likely get worse as there are a thousand more variables once the baby arrives. Please talk to someone about your mental health now as postpartum is a horrific cocktail of sleep deprivation, healing, feeding baby, and hormones layered on top of worries about the baby. OP - I have a 3.5 year old and I get it postpartum was brutal but …if I was in pain I took the meds without a thought and the baby was okay and not up to “me” I feel like I screwed up and keep screwing up with these antibiotics, it’s only up to me I’m the pregnant one. Anyway I’m taking them as prescribed still in pain, and just hoping it’s okay. I read only like 8% of pregnant women get UTIs so of course I feel like shit. [/quote]
