He’s like the Cruella de ville — he’s kidnapping dogs for experiments or something (sorry spoiler alert). It’s mot that scary though, as far as these things go. The bad guy in Chitty chitty bang bang is seriously creepy, and there’s this whole weird Bavarian interlude that is just too odd, but I still like that movie because I have a soft sport for dock van dyke and the title song is just so good.
