It's a bit of a mess for cars right near the stadium before and after the game. Your best bet would be to have them walk a bit north of the stadium (but probably to stay west of South Capitol Street). You could meet them on Q or P street pretty easily, though you'll wind up sitting in some traffic on your way there and after you pick them up.[/quote]
