Great tell us you’re utility provider. COOLING assistance? 99% that is not a thing (and I’m from Florida), all you get are cooling centers (ie fire hydrants and open homeless shelters). He should have a VA pension maybe? Any social security? Assuming he gets maybe $500/month, he should be able to rent a room in a group house somewhere, though maybe that is no longer a thing after Airbnb. But under no circumstances let him live with you.
