Probably you might pick art, since we know he's good at it, and will likely enjoy it.  If you are still facing resistance, then tie his new class ( and his effort in going and doing a good job) to earning rewards for Robux or screentime ( something he deeply desires ). And Op,  you need to focus more on all the good things: his achievements so far, his health, his good looks, etc.
