The site is shut down, and your services are not needed at that time -- whether you are onsite or offsite. Obviously the services are not needed, or you would have to be providing them. You are not. There are services which are still needed (both onsite and offsite) when the site in question is shut down. The people providing them are still paid.[/quote]
