[/quote] OP here thank you, and thanks to all the pps. I did talk to the school in question and was surprised to learn they did not have any IPL (just CARES). I was interested in seeing if this scenario was common across the city. It’s pretty sad if Deal and Wilson’s versions of IPL described here were actually the top offerings. [/quote]
