So, the question that needs to be asked..... "Did the Sergeant at Arms consult with Pelosi about security and she declined to have additional security there because of optics?"  
Recall...... she was NOT happy to see National Guard at Lafayette Square during the summer protests and riots or anywhere else the guard was deployed.  She referred to it as the "increased militarization" of police.[/quote]
