I was 32 when we sort of half heartedly started trying for a 2nd pregnant. The first took 6 rounds of IVF, and the embryo quantity/quality was so low I was on the path to donor eggs. We had sex just a handful of times, no careful attention to ovulation, and I got pregnant. I was floored. I believe having babies (had twins 1st pregnancy) and breastfeeding changed my hormones to make better eggs or make my uterus more hospitable. Not evidence based, just my gut feeling.[/quote]
