Complaining to his ReMax boss is like a person who has a day job and a night job and you have a problem with his performing in his night job, but complain to his day job manager. If he works for a rental agency, then you need to complain to that agency. If he manages rental properties independently, then you need to report him the link given by another PP. His job with ReMax is not related to his work as a property manager.[/quote]
