Yes, you are being very unreasonable.

You need to quarantine after traveling out of town with an unvaccinated family member.  Your nanny should not be asked to come in in these circumstances.

But a symptomatic 12 year old can stay in their room, unless there's a significant disability.  Why is the 12 year old needing a nanny with parents at home?[/quote]
