Problem with this is that we don't know what is true or what isn't.  I heard the same thing as previous poster (I had a son in event) the next morning that the Mom was referring to the wrong kids were sitting at the LIE table. Each club had a couple of tables assigned to them. It was a mess with teams sitting at wrong tables across the ballroom. We should all know by now that nothing should be taken at face value with these types of events and how they are digested via social media.[/quote]

there's no video or audio from the actual encounter, but the Berserkers team was evidently seated next to Iroquois National and also got up and left in solidarity. So whether or not the LI mom's comments were taken out of context, the tone and attitude must have been unpleasant, if not racist. Honestly, the lacrosse world is full of racist, entitled, white parents and kids. I cannot even begin to list the awful racist things I have heard on the sidelines or that my kids teammates heard on the field when we were on majority Black teams. And then there were the microaggressions.[/quote]
