[/quote] The main contests for 3rd and 4th graders are Math Olympiad (MOEMS), Math Kangaroo, Mathleague.org, and Continental Math league (CML). Of those, I think MOEMS is the most beginner-friendly and mathleague.org is the most appropriate for the hardcore competitors. Math Kangaroo is more logic based and less math based, but that can be great for many kids. You can register individually for all of these except MOEMS, which has to be taken through a school.
