This past year there were more scholarships available than ever, because many foreign players didn't come back due to COVID.  Some schools were hurting for players.  Would love to see a cap on foreign players in college soccer, but doubt that will happen.  Win, Win, Win.[/quote]

I almost agreed with you but then thought...if we don't want these spots going to foreign players, then we need to get better.  Not the foreign players fault for being better than the domestic players.  It's a business. You take the best available.[/quote]

Maybe at a private college, but I don't want my tax money to fund only foreign students playing ball at a public university.  If they were so good, then they would have made it back home.[/quote]
