Had trouble with one machine and called EA service. The call got dropped, and while I was waiting for them to call me back, I got charging working on another machine. They did call back and said they'd have the one I had trouble with escalated to level 2 service just in case.

Anwyay, based on that experience, I've got no hesitation about any kind of east coast road trip in this car. [/quote]
