Only a few schools ever have waitlists for extended day -- ASFS (which probably means Innovation will have one this year as well), McKinley, Glebe, Fleet, and a few of the south arlington schools.  Unless you school is extremely over crowded, they end up letting in everyone who registered in time, and if not you'll usually get a spot by winter break.  You can look and see if other after school centers like the Y are offering anything this year. Oh my goodness, I'm glad for this reality check, I was thinking today or tomorrow!  My school is one that usually has a waitlist (at least according the the extended day website), so I'm hoping we got in so that I don't have to figure out an alternative.[/quote]
