For supplements did you use Ovasitol?[/quote] Yes ovasitol and all the others they recommend for TTC generally - coq10, vitamin B, fish oil, etc. I cut all carbs and sugar, including alcohol, and I mean cut - Atkins style. Worked! Twice. My doctor said it would and I had my doubts, but food is medicine. [/quote]
