I have a 2 year old too and while part of me thinks it would be awesome for him to have a buddy, I worry that logistics would be tricky. I have a 6 year old also so a big part of the job is picking her up from school and taking her to activities a few days a week. Wrangling two 2 year olds and dragging them around could be pretty challenging. I also planned for my 2 year old to do a couple classes like music and gym, and don’t know how or if it would work if there is always an extra kid in tow. The nanny says her 2 year old is really well behaved, but I am sure all 2 year olds have their moments and I don’t know if he would take away from her doing her job to the fullest.

Has anyone had an arrangement like this before and how does it work for you? Is it crazy to consider this?[/quote]
