They’re thick rubber bands that come in different colors (different resistance levels) and you can progress at your own speed. Amazon sells them.[/quote] +1 You can also attach the bands to the bar or ceiling and pull them down like a lat pulldown. I have also seen a bent over variation where you attach bands to a post, hinge/bend at waist and pull in the same motion as a lat pull down. [/quote]
