Try getting their coaches info off the NCSL website and checking in with him. With tryouts mostly over, might be beneficial to get in touch with a few coaches and ask about attending a practice in the next week. If you're looking in the Alexandria area, Gunston & LMVSC are around there, and depending on where in the area you live, either SYC or PWSI could be options as well.
