I was transferring embryo's from SGF to GW so SGF gave me these two companies: Cryoport (949-470-2305) and Xytex (800-277-3210). SGF charged $350 for the transfer, which was separate from whatever these companies charged. We went with Xytex and looking at my CC statement it was $1460 for them to transport a frozen embryo.
