I had a long miscarriage as well (6weeks) that lasted almost 4 mos. it was awful and I didn’t take any meds. It was cramping like a string period off and on for 3+ months. It aged me like 5 years. Definitely felt weak and exhausted. My iron levels were also fine when they checked them. It was just taxing on my body. Best wishes op. I don’t wish that for anyone.
