My primary counterpart in legal leaves at 3pm everyday for “kid stuff” and is off from 3 to 6pm. My counterpart in ops who is a VP works from home 3 days a week. If your division is crappy about it, move to another. Plenty of places where it’s totally fine. [/quote]
