You just have to know how to work the system. Ive been basically 80% WFH for the last decade. Sr Director in card. My primary counterpart in legal leaves at 3pm everyday for “kid stuff” and is off from 3 to 6pm. My counterpart in ops who is a VP works from home 3 days a week. If your division is crappy about it, move to another. Plenty of places where it’s totally fine. [/quote]
