This.  After two years at our club, the only two coaches remain at our club are EE and RL.  I'm not sure entirely what is going on, but everybody is definitely leaving.  Are we going to continue this 'academy' approach?  Does anybody know if we're going to have another townhall?[/quote]

This is a new club from what is was.  I saw an earlier thread discussing a name change (gotta admit, "Lee" is a bit outdated).  Maybe a rebrand wouldn't be such a bad idea at this point.[/quote]

100%.  I think everyone except for 1 person at the club from staff/coaches believes that they are in a rebuilding process.  Focus should be to build with what they have and if they are able to grow and attract new talent to help those teams then great.[/quote]
