NCSL D1 is filled with Arlington and Loudoun's D teams, SYC's C teams, Alexandria's B teams, etc.[/quote] Agreed. And I wouldn't call EDP division 1 elite either. It typically contains second teams from the top Maryland clubs (Baltimore/Bethesda) and top teams from slightly weaker clubs. The best CCL clubs would likely do very well at most or all age groups in EDP division 1, although the weaker CCL clubs would struggle. [/quote]
