Personally I would not to go Provincetown or Hyannis, they are kind of far from Chatham and there is no need to waste time driving when you could be relaxing outside. if you have a rainy day there is a great bowling alley in Orleans with an amazing BBQ restaurant attached to it (assuming you are comfortable COVID-wise).

Also, definitely go to some Cape Cod baseball games. I am not a huge sports/baseball fan, but something about those games is so magical and you will likely see some future pro players, the quality of the games is very high.
