I do think that's kind of unusual - I was researching a particularly limited pool because we were really hoping to find a nanny who speaks my DH's native language, and it's not terribly common around here, so I was throwing my net as wide as possible and sort of hoping I could entice someone into more full-time work - but they're definitely out there, OP. I was finding all of these through Care.com, which is where we found our current nanny, so you might try looking there. You can post a job or search listings nannies who are looking for work post themselves. [/quote]
