Schools have to have elevators — and certainly even a school with a reputation like Congressional is devoted enough to basic inclusion that an elevator would be par for the course in 2021. Sounds like you or your neighbor have an ax to grind. Maybe the elevator was just broken that day or they could not find it. [/quote]
