I ended up buying a guide book specific to Alaskan cruises (can't remember the name) that was handy for picking a cruise line and to get ideas for what to do in the different ports.  You'll also want to consider how important it is to you to see Glacier Bay--not all cruise itineraries include it.[/quote]
