The Small Area Plan is the opportunity for the community to weigh in on the values and physical attributes it wants to conform future development, as well as things like the AMI level of affordable housing, how much density to trade for affordable housing etc.

The meeting last night was a bunch of grandstanding idiots who don't understand the process and like listening to themselves talk.[/quote]
