Muscle is harder to rebuild. As others said, the key factor is whether he was able to keep it off. If you only so this once, it’s no big deal. If you do this several times, you deprive yourself of essential nutrients and at a certain age this had repercussions on your health, in terms of accelerated bone loss, dental issues, loss of musculature, etc.[/quote]
