I was a runner ( many 10- milers and marathons). Also took yoga classes and belonged to a gym for weights. With children and commute could not get in all in. Already had an old treadmill. Bought the bike, my own weights and have not looked back. It works. I don’t post on social media about it. It is a top- notch experience in my opinion. I really don’t get the negativity of those who don’t use the app or have one of the products. [/quote]
