I am 31 with pcos and hashimotos that is well managed by my endocrinologist. I am on NAC, ubiquinol, myo & d chiro inositol, levothyroxine, metformin, baby aspirin, vitamin d, omega 3 and prenatals (Naturelo brand). I continued all of these supplements while pregnant (per approval by my RE).

I’m so beyond frustrated at this point. After my 2nd chemical in a row in January, my RE offered me the RPL panel which I happily did. He told me everything came back completely normal. My TSH is also normal, prolactin normal, A1C normal, etc. Everything that could be checked was checked  and came back fine. My husband and I also did a full genetic screening back in the Fall and all was clear.

I’ve had an HSG and saline ultrasound done in November and both came back clear. Endometrial biopsy came back clear.

So I just don’t know what to do at this point. I can clearly get pregnant ( with help of letrozole), but they aren’t sticking and I’m almost to my breaking point.

Does anyone have any ideas, tips, stories, etc.? I just don’t know what can possibly be the issue.[/quote]
