I thought maybe people were more familiar with the restaurant and could say, "yes I love ABC but I'd avoid XYZ if you're pregnant." There was a recent similar post about Sweetgreen that I found helpful. In my experience when I have asked chain restaurants how things are prepared they don't really know the answer. For example, I asked a woman at Cava whether their tahini Caesar dressing was pasteurized the other day and she said she had no clue. [/quote]
