I’m confused. Is it different from any other restaurant? You can’t just avoid the pregnancy no nos? Is there something I’m missing here?
Well, the menu doesn't show how dishes are prepared or all of the ingredients, so I just figured it would be easier to get recommendations from someone who has eaten there before. For example, just glancing at the menu, I can't tell if the chicken with egg fried rice contains chopped up bean sprouts or not. I also have no idea what "XO paste" is in the shrimp and toast (not that shrimp appeals to me right now anyway, but just another example). I'm assuming the "half-a-cado" salad which contains radishes is not cooked, but don't know that either. So again, just looking for recs from someone who is more familiar.
Why can't you eat bean sprouts or radishes? And, why can't you google "What is in XO paste?" I did.
Because they carry a listeria risk. If you could post the info for the Chiko XO paste that would be awesome, thanks so much!!! I can't seem to find it online. My husband is super excited to try this restaurant tonight!
