[/quote] What makes American citizens who are Georgia residents unqualified? Why do you need to be over the age of 75, have a doctor's note, or not local in order to vote by mail? Why wouldn't you want to encourage as many Georgians as possible to vote by making it as easy as possible? That doesn't even take into account that many countries outside the U.S. allow citizens to vote ONLINE. Georgia required an application submission by mail and then an actual ballot to be returned by specific dates.[/quote]
