Well, let's be clear. She joined with the Md and Va to request the Feds take on the vaccination of essential Federal workers, Metro and Post Office. [b]She has not addressed all the other out of state workers and residents who are currently being offered and will in the future be offered vaccine through general signs up and special clinics the city organizes for them[/b]. This basket of non-Fed out of state folks that DC has deemed essential and vaccinated without ensuring adequate supply is the reason that DC is  dead last, and we will stay dead last until the Mayor fully (not marginally) changes "the strategy she is espousing".[/quote]
