It is not the worst govt construction. It just could have been so much nicer for not that much more. Ground level access from Idaho would have made sense, but then they would have had to move the dog park (no big deal, but apparently a concern). Has anybody noticed the sink hole forming on top of the construction site under the side walk on 37th St? I hope that is not related to the underlying irrigation issues.
