OP here again. You are right in that empire waists are usually flattering on me. How to get that effect in a swimsuit without going the swimdress route is a good question! I like the Lane Bryant top you posted.

Not the PP, but it looks like the Lane Bryant one is a whole one-piece suit with attached bottom, not just a top.  And so cute I may have to get it myself![/quote]
