I'm not exactly sure what doesn't work -just seems like we are all always rifling through a bin/basket/bag for something --end up using just the stuff on the top that we can see most easily. Current system works well enough - some hanging baskets on the wall at eye level. Just thought I would tap the collective wisdom here after years of reinventions with limited success. [/quote]
