They have all brands and each brand goes on sale, every once in a while, making them very economical. I like Zico and Vita Coco brands. In India, where I grew up, fresh coconut water was used to alliviate the appetite loss after flu. I know it works, beacuse I have used it. Yes, it is a very good natural source of potassium and it contains lower calories than many sports drink. It is a new thing in Amrican in the last couple of years, but most south asians drink it regularly.[/quote]
