This.  The argument that schools are safe relies on the assumption that schools are implementing precautionary measures, which include masking, distancing, and proper ventilation.  If you eliminate those measures, then it's not clear at all that schools are safe.  The danger is to kids and to those kids' household members.  [/quote]
