To gauge potential IVF response, you really need your AFC and AMH as well. Wait until you can get those and talk to an experienced RE before making a decision. I’m pretty sure there are also certain REs who are particularly experienced with DOR (if you end up with that diagnosis) so you can ask for referrals for those docs as well (here or elsewhere).
