The True Lacrosse experience is rooted in the ample training hours it provides: from regular practices to position-specific training to a plethora of other training opportunities, True Lacrosse players get more training hours than any club in the area.

Additionally, True Lacrosse teams compete in top tournaments to provide our players with exposure to other competitive teams and more recruiting opportunities. Finally, if a college lacrosse career is a player's goal, True Lacrosse has a staff dedicated to guiding players through the recruiting process to help the player find a school where he or she will be happy, challenged, and ultimately successful on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.

Leading True Lacrosse Virginia will be Matt Brigham, assistant men's lacrosse coach at Marymount University. Kevin Totaro, True Lacrosse Territory Manager (MD, VA), will also help lead True Virginia.
