I agree that public schools can and should pull off more, but this at least sets a marker and puts pressure on school districts to meet a minimum of hybrid instruction. Without political leadership in VA, school districts like FCPS, ACPS, and other cowardly school boards won't be inclined to try and move forward at all.[/quote]
