I used to keep a box of saltines next to my side of the bed and would eat 2 or 3 before I even attempted to sit up in the morning. Don't ever let your stomach get empty. Sour candy, like sour patch kids or something similar. I took the Unisom sleep tab/B6 combo (basically same thing as Diclegis) with both of my pregnancies, and it really helped.[/quote]
