As someone who grew up with miserably married parents (and who was keenly aware of that fact from an early age), it really, really sucks. Really sucks. Please do the work of deciding whether to stay or go, and be honest if you choose to stay that you're not "doing it for the kid." That rarely works.[/quote] +1 to working on your marriage, but I don't know that your 5 year old is asking because of that. I am in a very happy marriage and my kids ask for the same thing. They just like everyone together.[/quote]
