There aren't going to be any big events, both because of the pandemic and because of the major security threats. There won't be a big crowd on the Mall, there won't be big parties, etc. I would not be surprised if the inauguration ends up being in some undisclosed location, not even on the steps of the Capitol. There's not going to be anything to see that you can't see on your TV from home. [/quote]
